The paperwork shouldn't be the reason your board quits.

We write the violation letters, build the annual budget, and turn your meeting notes into minutes. You stay the board. We do the part nobody volunteered for.

Questions boards actually ask

Is this legal advice?

No. We are not a law firm and we do not tell you what your association may or may not do. We draft documents from the facts the board gives us, using notice language reviewed for your state, and we flag anything that needs a lawyer.

We already have a manager.

Then you know what a third of your assessment buys. Most boards that talk to us keep the manager for the big things and use us for the letters and minutes the manager charges extra for.

How small is too small?

We start at 6 units. Below that, plain documents usually do the job and we'll say so.

Where do you work?

Florida, where the Chapter 720 and Chapter 718 notice rules are the ones we have verified line by line. If your association is elsewhere, say so and we will tell you honestly when your state is ready rather than guess at a cure period.

What happens to our documents?

They stay yours. We keep them only while you are a customer, export on request in one click, and never train anything on them or share them with another association.

What if it is not worth it?

Cancel in the first 30 days and we refund the month, including the letters we already wrote.
